Classic Technologies Ltd was established and incorporated in 2008, as an ICT Solutions and Services Provider. 

By the early 2000’s the world of servers, PCs, networking, internet and email were taking off which paved the way to the IT Support services. Today, we are the leading provider of quality IT Support and services for small, medium, large & Corporate businesses and organizations in Uganda

The team goes ahead to implement the solution, both the customer and project team members conducts tests to ensure all work as expected. Once completed, the team comes up with user and technical documentations.

An appropriate Change manager will be assigned to drive the change implementation and closure. He will communicate whether the change was successful, timely, accurately estimated within budget etc.

Our IT ServiceDesk team will receive your IT service request from the service desk portal or via email or by call and assess it. The team will therefore engage to fulfil the request or escalates it to another Professional. After resolving the request, we consult the customer to make sure they are satisfied before the ticket is closed .
